DISTANCE EDUCATION OR E-STUDIES
Distance education
- an extramural method for acquiring education, which is characterised by specially structured educational materials, individual speed of learning, specially organised evaluation of educational achievement, as well as use of various technical and electronic means of communication (Art.26 of Section 1 of Education Law).
- a contemporary and convenient form of studying, when the study has full management of the education process.
- suitable for those, who have a defined work schedule or just the opposite - are very mobile and related to frequent trips, and those who cannot always coordinate the work time to attend the studies onsite.
- is freely available to all regardless of the age, occupation or place of residence, at any time, any place of the world, where there is a computer with Internet connection.
The College of Law offers distance education in the following study programs:
Law
Human resource management
Commerce
Real estate management
Classes are held onsite 4 times within the framework of the study year (lectures, seminars, practical classes, discussions, etc.).
During the first meeting the students are introduced to the content of the course and process of studying in distance form, including possibilities to take the tests.
Terms of E-studies (distance education)
Procedure of information exchange of E-studies
In each study course the student receives the study material electronically, reflecting the requirements of mastering of the study course, thematic description of the study course, recommended bibliography, etc. The student masters the course on his/her own, using the specially designed study course e-material. The student shall take the study course examinations (exams and tests) in electronic form. The student shall have access to the CL Library (including electronic resources, databases, etc.).
